Estimates
This preliminary estimate is subject to change based on any modifications to the project scope.
This estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. After this period, the estimate may be subject to revision based on changes in project requirements, market conditions, or other factors.
This estimate is provided for informational purposes only and is not a final invoice. The actual cost may vary based on unforeseen circumstances, changes in project requirements, or other factors. Both parties must agree in writing upon any modifications to the project scope.
Little Fox Media will provide consultation and up to 2 hours of training when required. It will also offer support for 30 days of limited functionality/operational questions. Questions should be directed to littlefoxmedia.com/support.
Disclaimer: Estimates do not constitute a contractual agreement. It is provided solely to estimate project costs. Upon acceptance of this estimate, a formal contract outlining the terms and conditions of the equipment installation will be prepared.
Installations
Once payment for the equipment is received, we will proceed with the purchase and coordinate a date and time for installation with the customer. While we provide an estimated installation time, unforeseen obstacles (such as firewall blocks, foam insulation, etc.) may cause delays. If unexpected challenges arise, there may be an additional cost, which will be discussed with the customer beforehand.
We strive to minimize any disruption to walls, drywall, or visible areas during the installation. However, if cutting is necessary, please note that we do not specialize in drywall repair or painting (this would also include any exposed conduit or raceway). Thank you for your understanding.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the installation unless other terms have been agreed upon. Any changes to the scope of work may result in adjustments to the total cost, which both parties will communicate and agree upon before proceeding. Payment for equipment is due before the installation. Once the installation is complete, the remaining balance for labor will be due. If the customer prefers, the payment can be made in full.
Support
Warranty and support after installation: After the successful installation, Little Fox Media will provide limited support for 30 days, primarily focusing on addressing general inquiries and questions. For more extensive assistance beyond this scope, clients can consider our extended service plan for comprehensive support tailored to their needs. All support questions should be sent to support@littlefoxmedia.com.
Little Fox Media will determine if a support call warrants a service charge. In addition to general support/questions, Little Fox Media will support warranty issues that occur at no cost to the customer per manufacturer warranty expiration date. Warranty issues include manufacturer defects or defects in installation workmanship.
